As a future Digital Change Manager, you will report to our Head of Change Management & Training and you will be part of AXA IM Global COO, Project Management team.
Within the Project Management team, the Change team is responsible for disseminating knowledge and best practice within AXA IMs various business lines in terms of implementing and supporting change and transformation.

As Digital Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading the change management efforts associated with digital transformation initiatives, (including and mainly around Salesforce) and other digital technologies. Your mission is to foster a culture of digital readiness, drive user adoption, and ensure that the organization embraces and maximizes the potential of these digital tools.
You will play a pivotal role in driving and managing the change associated with the adoption of digital technologies, processes, and behaviors across the organization, with a focus on integrating Salesforce and other digital tools. This role is instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition, mitigating resistance, and maximizing the benefits of digital transformation.
You will be responsible for leading the change management efforts associated with digital transformation initiatives, including the integration of Salesforce and other digital technologies. Your mission is to drive user adoption, and ensure that the organization embraces and maximizes the potential of these digital tool notably by
- Developing and executing the digital strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Overseeing the implementation and optimization of digital applications, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and other digital tools
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of digital platforms and applications
- Driving continuous improvement through data analysis, performance monitoring, and user feedback
- Providing leadership and guidance to the digital applications team
You will also provide coaching/training for sales teams
- Training the end users teams on tools and processes related to customer relationship management and gathering their feedback, including follow-up actions
- Organizing regular interaction with the end users teams on specific training needs and ensure liaison, if necessary, with other project team members
Your Profile

Education and experience
- Master degree (BAC+5 or equivalent), preferably in economics or finance
- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in a similar role
- Strong Product management experience mixing third party and internal developments
- Strong exposure to Digital eco-system (Multi-Country/Multi-Language Content Management System, Document Management System, eSignature, Data for Digital)
- Experience managing a Customer Relationship Management product and in partnering with marketing and sales business lines in a financial context
- Experience leading [BJ1] an international team to build and support Digital platforms
- Experience in change management methodologies and practices
Technical skills
- Strong leadership and change management skills
- Understanding of digital technologies, including Salesforce, and their impact on business operations
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to drive successful change initiatives, including the implementation of Salesforce
- Knowledge of organizational behavior and psychology in the context of change
Soft skills
- Excellent communication and influential abilities
- Empathy and understanding of employee concerns during periods of change
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration
