Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Management Analyst.
In this role, you will
- Work as part of theEDP (Enterprise Data Platform) team that will support the Tenants and build governance.
- Partner with the leaders of Wells Fargo Data Management Solutions to execute process implementation for a strategic EDE program to ensure milestones are met, and reinforce adoption of new organizational policies and procedures.
- Implement and manage a variety of EDE processes which impact a wide audience of Wells Fargo team members, including
- Data and deliverable change management capabilities
- Tenant Touchpoints and build Metrics and provide operations support.
- Data consumer awareness capabilities
- Data owner approvals for data usage
- Managing adherence to, and reporting status of process implementation milestones, escalating roadblocks as necessary
- Participate in and author communications and training around processes, to ensure and reinforce stakeholder understanding
- Facilitate review, credible challenge and approval of data consumption requests from the data lake environment.
- Interact with colleagues from other lines of business to ensure a One Wells Fargo approach to deliver consistent onboarding experience.
- Facilitate & train others in understanding and usage of the data lake environment.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business or related discipline.
- Proficient in Requirements gathering and working with multiple data owners.
- 4+ years of process implementation or process improvement experience. Has worked extensively in process-oriented environment earlier.
- 2+ years of Experience on working in Agile Methodology, ceremonies, writing and grooming user stories.
- 2+ years of experience in data platforms like Data Lake, Teradata, GCP etc and experience in Data migration activities.
- 2+ years change management, Process formulation, team leading, and Stakeholder management experience
- 2+ years of SQL experience and database environment preferable.
- 1+ years of Experience in build Power BI/Tableau Dashboards by interaction with different sources and Alteryx Workflow Development.
- Experience in terms of process & governance of data ingestion of feed(s) from data sources directly into the Enterprise Data Lake for Strategic and Non-Strategic applications.
- Experience in JIRA and Confluence tools.
- Experience working with technology teams, with a focus on metadata, data quality monitoring.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical subject matter experts on system implementations
- Ability to interact with Teams and handle assigned work with less support.
- Experience working on reports, SharePoint, Tableau,Power BI and JIRA.
- Maturity to connect the dots across the various works streams, within EDL and across the Lake environment (Metadata, Security etc.)
- Strong communication written and oral and is not shy to speak out
- Presentation skills (PPTs or flow charts and Documentation)
- Hands on person and eager to learn new process and areas

assistance, performing needs assessments, database definition & structure, documentation, long-range requirements, and operational guidelines.
