Job Description

Partners with their assigned Line of Business, other Risk/Compliance/Audit (RCA) professionals, and RCA Managers to, depending on their function, create, implement, maintain, review or oversee an effective risk management framework. Participates in projects and/or activities that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Identifies gaps and inform solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors. Identifies, responds and/or escalates risks as appropriate. Serves as a functional liaison between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense.- Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experienceBasic Qualifications- Intermediate knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of businessPreferred Skills/ExperienceAdditional Experience

  • Quality Assurance testing
  • Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to comprehend guidance and apply its requirements to Key Report and ADS Credible Challenges
  • Ability to work at a fast pace with changing priorities
  • Able to communicate effectively with variety of BL stakeholders
  • Technical skills such as
    • Power Query
    • Power BI
    • Power Automate
    • Leap
    • Other coding/reporting

Knowledge Base

  • Able to navigate Archer Risks, Controls, Key Reports, and ADS
  • Able to learn and/or navigate PowerDesigner used for Key Reports Credible Challenges by Business Lines and EDG
  • Able to learn and/or navigate LEAP used for Key Reports Credible Challenge, Key Report and ADS requested changes, ADS Assessments
  • Able to learn and/or navigate reporting in Power BI used in all aspects of Key Reports and ADS (DFS statuses, attestation, object types, inventory details)
