Job DescriptionAs a part of the Independent Risk Review and Assessments (IRRA) Data Analytical Reporting Team, the IRRA Analyst will work with the Validation teams to participate in validation projects and/or activities that ensure system solutions are addressing the issue originally identified and/or have identified all accounts impacted by the issue. This Analyst will also support other IRRA testing programs via data procurement, analysis, and automated testing. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with various data sources and technology. We use a wide variety of software tools to extract, analyze, and visualize data used by IRRA business partners.Work with the Compliance Quality Assurance team on unique validation projects to ensure the new processes or reporting that Business Lines developed addresses the original identified issue.Work with other IRRA testing teams to procure, analyze, and format data for testing purposes.Review code to ensure results include data quality components such as completeness and accuracy.Demonstrate a depth and breadth of technical, process, and professional knowledge to analyze issues and provide solutions for department needs.Demonstrate effective work habits and organizational skills by prioritizing and planning, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapting to changing work priorities.Maintain thorough documentation of work performed, conclusions reached, and accurate and complete records.Strong communication skills to summarize analysis conducted.- Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experienceBasic QualificationsPreferred Skills/Experience- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of end-user computing and reporting tools such as TOAD, SAS, Python, or SQL- Proficient computer skills, especially Excel and other Microsoft Office applications- Ability to interpret data across multiple application systems and platforms, a willingness to learn new software tools, and the ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision- Strong organization, planning, analytical, project management, and negotiation skills- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsThis role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means theres an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
