About this role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Owner/Product Analyst as a part of Fiserv and SORs product area within Credit Card Servicing as a part of Consumer Lending group. This role will serve as the tactical Product Owner/Product Analyst role supporting our existing Bank Card Hub (CCHUB) Agile Scrum team.

In this role, you will

  • Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems
  • Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements
  • Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
  • Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions
  • Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
  • Be able to partner with business, product, and technology teams to define tactical requirements to be captured in user stories ensuring acceptance criteria that is clearly understood by team
  • Be able to actively own the prioritization of a clearly understood product backlog aligned to product area vision and goals
  • Be able to identify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts across products and product areas
  • Be able to maintain continuous and cadenced communication with the product manager and delivery teams coordinating with business analysts, delivery coordinators, POs, and supporting roles that are shared across delivery teams

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Agile experience in writing user stories and leading refinement with a Scrum team
  • 1+ years of Product Owner or Product Analyst/Business Analyst experience
  • Experience working with Jira
  • Experience working with Confluence
  • Knowledge of Fiserv
  • Knowledge of Credit Cards
  • Demonstrated experience identifying issues and partnering with peers in technology to identify and implement strategic solutions in alignment with leadership priorities
  • Experience working in a flexible work environment to support key team members and partners various time zones and locations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with a strong attention to detail

Job Expectations

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three in-office days each week
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship

New York City-Pay Range $87,700 - $155,900
