As a Credit and Emerging Market Operations Analyst (Contractor) you will work with Taiwan teams in support Credit and Emerging Market operations transaction business.
Job responsibilities
- Support for Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, Fixed Income, Money Market & Money Desk fund transfer from back office.
- Perform economic affirmation with Taiwan domiciled clients for non-broker trades
- Handle local currency settlement
- Coordinate with internal and external clients for issue resolution and project delivery
- Handle Local Regulatory Report generation
- Collaborate with Operations teams across Taiwan to gather and document business requirements
- Manage project documentations and tracking throughout the development lifecycle according to existing automation governance
- Perform regular updates and communication to the stakeholders on ongoing projects
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- University graduated with relevant degree
- Banking related working experience
- Experience using Alteryx, RPA (UiPath) or Tableau expertise is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint
- Good project management, problem solving and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills, team player, exceptional relationship building and influencing skills, excellent time management skills, able to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines independently
- Strong command in English & Mandarin (written, oral and presentation).
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficiency in other regional Asian languages is a plus
