Role Overview

This individual will oversee Zone sales and support agents and managers for Long Term Care and Disability products sold through our Agency distribution channel. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales initiatives, coaching, and managing our Consultants and building and developing relationships with our strategic business partners/key stakeholders in the field.

Major Responsibilities

  • Direct regional sales and the support provided to agents and managers for Long Term Care, Individual Disability, and Business Solutions sold through our Agency distribution channel.
  • Collaborate with our Zone Management teamand other leaders to develop and execute on sales strategy.
  • Design and execute sales plans to promote business, including messaging specific sales plans and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and key stakeholders to develop and implement action plans.
  • Identify key performance metrics for Zone, identify market trends, and develop targeted sales tactics for specific segments to promote business.
  • Direct, coach and manage Long Term Care, Disability, and Business. SolutionsConsultants by identifying goals, developing skills, and assessing performance.
  • Liaise with underwriting, marketing, claims,service, and operations for quality support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • Life & Health, Series 6 and Series 26 must be obtained in 90 days (63 preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Long-Term Care, Disability, and Business Solutions, market trends, and the industry as it relates to sales and field operations.
