Description
Under limited supervision with a high level of autonomy, uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to maintain and grow key relationship between current Corporate Clients, while prospecting and developing relationships with new Corporate Clients. The VP of Corporate Access will have extensive contact with Corporate and Institutional Clients and outside Vendor Companies. Works independently on difficult assignments that are broad in nature requiring originality and ingenuity with appreciable latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions. Uses well developed relationship management skills to influence the marketing decisions of Corporate Clients. Influences strategic direction and develops tactical plans and completes complex assignments with substantial latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions. |

Establishes and maintains constructive working relationships with Corporate Clients, Research Analysts and Sales Teams. |
|
|
Communicates and coordinates event participation opportunities to partner companies. |
|
|
Maintain and develop relationships with assigned Buy Side Corporate Access teams as part of Client Coverage. |
|
|
Identify priorities, generate bespoke ideas and provide feedback on desired corporate access. |
|
|
Aligns Raymond James resources (Sales Teams, Research Analysts, product capacity, marketing materials, meeting support, administrative and operational support and client reporting) to sustain Service 1st in order to build client loyalty and satisfaction. |
|
|
Develops a comprehensive understanding of Raymond James products and services. |
|
|
Maintains a high level of industry knowledge, familiarity of client's strategy and product structure. |
|
|
Identifies and communicates relationship trends for input into planning cycle. |
|
|
Develops an understanding of the Raymond James sales team business model to deliver needs-based solutions to them and their clients. |
|
|
Provide a superior client experience based on quality control, communications and resolution of all outstanding requests. |
|
|

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the financial services industry with specific exposure to institutional clients. |

Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources. |
