As a Content and Engagement Senior Associate in our busy and dynamic Corporate Affairs team, you will report to the Content and Engagement Lead for the Americas and work with teams across the globe to tell the story of how Macquarie is creating lasting value for our communities, clients and people around the world, delivering on our purpose of empowering people to innovate and invest for a better future.

What role will you play?

As collaborative and editorially minded individual, you will play a pivotal role in helping craft our narrative, communicate what we do and showcase the impact we are having by producing engaging, interesting and relevant digital content.You will be part of a supportive team where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes and will be key to further building Macquarie's global content function.

What you offer

  • Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team, managing multiple projects in a busy environment, staying across market trends, and applying best practice to optimize communications strategies and activity.
  • Understanding commercial and practical business objectives recommending creative solutions that help deliver on them measuring and assessing their ongoing impact across our digital channels and using analytical insights to drive improved performance.
  • Ability to write long and short-form copy including reports, articles, social media posts and video scripts and briefing and managing freelance authors to do the same.
  • Building deep collaborative relationships with colleagues and teams across the business, adapting your style as appropriate to different cultures, and identifying and actioning areas of improvement.
  • Proofing others' work with your keen attention to detail.

Salary range for this position $65,000-77,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
