The Compliance Associate will be part of the Core Compliance team and will work under the general direction of the Senior Compliance Manager to support the policygovernance, compliance monitoring andtesting, compliance education, andregulatory change management programs.

What role will you play?

As a Compliance Associate you will be part of the Core Compliance team participating in the development, review, and enhancement of the firm's policies and procedures. In addition, you will assist in execution of the firm's global compliance risk assessment, monitoring and testing program and communicate testing activities and issues in a clear and concise manner to management and business stakeholders.

What you offer

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience in addition to a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in unstructured situations and shift quickly to new tasks when priorities change.
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills across different levels of the organization.
  • Experience with basic data visualization tools, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Work.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills capable of synthesizing, condensing, and conveying complex regulatory and policy information to key stakeholders in clear and simple terms.
