Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on compliance team projects, such as social media, data analysis, and using AI to facilitate review etc.
- Share best practices with other team members, thus ensuring consistency in the way
- business/process/products
- Maintains good working relationship with the team, business unit and stakeholders by consistent communication and in resolving concerns
- Document workflows and process narratives of reviews being performed as needed
- Assist team members with tasks and assignments as needed
Qualifications
- College/University Degree and/or equivalent experience in Business or Finance, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in the financial services or insurance industry
- Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external
- environment/situation)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and effective interpersonal skills
- Professional knowledge of the financial services industry including insurance and/or banking
- Proficient in MS Office Suite of products including MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Quick learner, detail oriented, exceptional task achievement skills in terms of meeting deadlines
