Communications Strategist
Build and implement engaging internal communications strategies within a collaborative team, focused on supporting initiatives and goals of our Investment Management Group.
Core Responsibilities
- Provides consultation to address business areas internal communication needs. Develops cohesive plans for communicating initiatives and events that are aligned to business outcomes. Assesses and maximizes impact on target internal audience.
- Works with the Communications team and partners to

- the best media and channels for communicating effectively, while engaging various internal audiences.
- Partners with business area to ensure needs are addressed, various solutions are

- Determines
- cost effective means to execute key internal communication deliverables. Creates content that is clear, engaging, and concise. Captures key metrics and measures the effectiveness of internal communication solutions.

- Applies exceptional editing and writing skills, paying close attention to Vanguards style, usage, and brand standards to ensure consistency.

Qualifications
- Five years related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
