As a future Client Service Manager, you will report to Local Head of Client Services, and you will be part of AXA IM Core Client Group.

As a Client Service Manager you will deal proactively and reactively with clients and their advisors, liaising with internal departments and providers as necessary. Support Client Relationship team.
Your role and responsibilities will include
- Provide the highest quality service for our client base working in cooperation with other teams and organisations as detailed below.
- Maintain and develop individual assigned key client relationships in assistance to Client Relationship Managers (CRM)/Sales.
- Attend face to face meetings with the clients, where appropriate, to discuss their service requirements.
- Respond to incoming complex queries and requests from clients and their advisors, including fund performance requests, market updates, ad-hoc reporting requests etc.
- Liaise and build strong relationships with clients appointed third parties, as listed below, with regards to annual audits, custody issues and portfolio transitions and other ad hoc queries
- Work with CRM and, if necessary, Product Engineers in respect of all client take-on's, take-off's and changes to existing client mandates in line with our current procedures.
- Request and maintain AML KYC documentation ensuring it is in line with Compliance standards and taking into account new regulations. Upload and maintain all AML KYC documents on internal systems.
- Continue to build client, company and industry knowledge levels to better service our client base.
- Keep up to date with product offerings by attending sales trainings.
- Assist the CRM/Sales in cultivating business development opportunities. These include coordinating and preparation of presentations, marketing material and appointments for CRM's with clients.
- Maintain and check data quality in CRM tool and various data systems.

Your qualifications and experience
- Ideally holder of IMC but not essential
- Experience in providing top quality client service to asset management clients.
- Experience of working with multiple asset classes
- Previous experience in various client service related projects
Your knowledge and skills
- Good knowledge of current economic and financial events and industry issues (MiFID, TCF, Fair Value Pricing, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Ability to manage time and workload appropriately.
- Ability to co-ordinate and network effectively
- Assertive approach
- Strong team player
- Adaptable and resourceful
- Self-starter with initiative
