Job Title Early Careers Recruiter Analyst
Overview As a EC Recruiter Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the campus recruitment strategy by providing data-driven insights, conducting research, and optimizing recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, create and implement talent acquisition strategies
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on talent acquisition processes, controls and policies. Partner with senior management, HR colleagues, and finance to anticipate upcoming needs and strategize pipelines
- Source and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels
- Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine talent acquisition strategy as applicable
- Data Analysis Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, patterns, related to campus recruiting activities.
- Market Research Conduct research on universities, colleges, and academic programs to identify potential talent pools and emerging trends in higher education..
- Program Evaluation Evaluate the effectiveness of campus recruiting initiatives, including career fairs, information sessions, campus visits, and internship programs.
- Candidate Pipeline Management Monitor and track candidate pipelines from universities and colleges. Analyze conversion rates, time-to-hire metrics, and other relevant data points to assess the efficiency of the recruitment process.
- Strategic Planning Collaborate with the campus recruiting team to develop strategic plans and goals for attracting and engaging top talent. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize recruitment efforts and achieve recruitment targets.
- Reporting and Documentation Prepare regular reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate recruitment metrics, performance trends, and actionable insights to key stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power Bi, or Tableau.
- Excellent research abilities with the capacity to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in data analysis and reporting.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive continuous improvement.
- Prior experience in data analysis, market research, or campus recruiting is preferred but not required.
