RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and analyze complex client reports and commentaries and prepare portfolio review material.
  • Lead completion of client and consultant questionnaires
  • Develop presentations, prepare marketing and service materials, and assess compliance implications for use in client meetings.
  • Resolve complex operational, systems-related and/or issues for internal and external clients.
  • May liaise and act as main point of contact with certain investment teams on client meeting materials and reports.
  • Has a broad and deep understanding of client/prospect/consultant needs and may consult with a small number of relationships around investment strategy, performance, new solutions, and market developments.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and procedures providing for more efficient and timely execution of team tasks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of institutional quality sales support, equivalent relationship management support, or a combination of both
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge and understanding of revenue driven goals and their implications.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Experience implementing solutions on behalf of the customer or client, improving productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
