Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Ops Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of real-time payment transactions, including those facilitated through platforms like Zelle and Venmo. Your primary duties will include
Incident Management
- Promptly opening and assigning work incidents related to real-time payments
- Investigating and resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise
Transaction Reconciliation
- Identifying and addressing any out-of-balance transactions between the general ledger and real-time payment systems
- Validating that all transactions are processing correctly and in a timely manner
Case Management
- Entering and approving new TMIG (Transaction Management Integration Gateway) cases
- Handling any cases that were not resolved by the previous shift
System Monitoring and Balancing
- Continuously monitoring the systems and transactions to ensure they are functioning as expected
- Balancing the general ledger and other offsetting real-time payment items
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborating with various teams and resources to address questions or resolve issues
- Handling requests for enhancements or new projects related to real-time payments
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Basic Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit
