Job Description
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions, develop and maintain effective data reporting tools, and use their expertise in Power Apps, Power BI, Office 365 suite, SQL, and forward-thinking to help drive growth and innovation within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that advise business decisions.
- Develop and maintain effective data reporting tools, dashboards, and visualizations that deliver accurate and timely insights to partners.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners and build strong relationships with colleagues across the organization.
- Collaborate with partners across the organization to understand their needs and provide them with actionable insights that help them achieve their goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest data analytics technologies, trends, and standard methodologies, and continuously improve our data analytics processes.
- Use SQL to extract, manipulate and analyze data.
- Create business process automation and custom applications using Power Apps.
- Develop and manage Power BI reports and dashboards.

What we are looking for
- Bachelors degree from an accredited University in a related field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration or similar.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business intelligence analysis or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, Office 365 suite, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent social skills, including the ability to collaborate optimally with others and build strong relationships with partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrable ability to a sophisticated data sets and provide meaningful insights.
- Forward-thinking and able to innovate and develop new solutions to improve our data analytics processes.
