Business Execution Manager
Wells Fargo's Early Careers Program
In this role, you will
- Partner with stakeholders including business managers, campus recruiting, HR Business Partners, Compensation and LOB program liaisons.
- Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
- Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to the strategy and execution of program delivery
- Ensure Diversity & Inclusion is a key component thread throughout program participant recruiting, experiences and training
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives, including manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Remain current on internal and external practices that drive greater conversion, retention, engagement, and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing and developing teams of individual contributors and managers
- Experience in Early Careers program management or recruiting
- Experience coaching and developing staff to effectively prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Proven experience with consulting and stakeholder management including a proven record of impact and influence at the senior leadership level and ability to build positive, trusting work relationships
- .
- Strong analytical skills and ability to lead with data-driven approach
- Strong leader with express in process improvement and problem resolution
- Ability to exercise judgment and decision making within broadly defined policies and practices and work independently demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Change management experience.
- Strong deck creation skills, at an executive-ready level and fully proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
