Wells Fargo is seeking a Director for our Enterprise Change Management Global QA team
In this role, as a senior Leader, you will
- Partner with onshore QA leader to rebuild a Quality Assurance function/team focused on simplifying QA scripts, processes, and reporting
- Lead through transition from administrative (check the box) function to focusing on the most critical evaluation and checks in support of change risk management and quality review of change management
- Serve as a people leader and drive for continuous team improvement, focusing on operational excellence and process improvements/operations/delivery etc.
- Leverage your expertise in process engineering and focus on details
- Demonstrate your expertise in Root Cause Analysis, six sigma etc. and build a team with like experience
- Lean on your experience with analytics and reporting/MIS in partnership with onshore teams
- Manage multi-functional and multi-regional teams in both direct and matrixed working environments
- Influence and institutionalize process changes both upstream and downstream appropriately
- Identify potential training interventions based on defect analysis
- Develop and administer budgets, resourcing schedules, and performance standards
- Ensure effective communication strategy and adherence to company and business unit policies, procedures, and practices (both local and globally)
- Assist with development of service level agreements and other departmental initiatives
- Drive delivery of results through managers and more experienced Quality Assurance Analysts
- Collaborate with business partners to influence and enact updates as needed
- Provide direction to managers, ensuring quality standards are maintained and ensure enactment of approaches to correct problems
- Conduct briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives as required
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Quality Assurance
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications
- 15-20+ years of overall experience with at least 8+ years of previous experience within Business Risk & Control, Quality Assurance Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent
- 8+ years of team leadership or management experience
- Graduate in commerce/finance/management stream or equivalent

- Working knowledge about the regulatory and enterprise policies
