About this role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant.

In this role, you will

  • Be a leader and take a true ownership role in implementing change, resolving issues, and potentially coordinating internal or external customer remediation
  • Ensure business requirements for reporting/technology changes meet the business need and are tested and implemented into production flawlessly while following all Change Management protocols
  • Support initiatives that may impact multiple processes, products, or cross-functional teams
  • Design complex processes and procedures in consultation with experts within the business
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business.
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management.
  • Provide work direction toless experiencedStrategy and Execution staff.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Data Analysis
  • Reporting experience including pulling data and running queries
  • Experience in facilitating/liaising between multiple business groups
  • Experience with strategy development and implementation
  • Sel-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountability
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships and outcomes
  • Strong root cause analysis and solution implementation skills
  • Experience working with reporting and data teams (MIS reporting, ECaR Configurations, BSP reporting.) and/or providing ad-hoc data requests
  • Knowledge and understanding of project and process management
  • CCS (Consumer Collections & Services) Experience a plus
  • SAS or SQL reporting experience a plus
  • Proven experience leading people, projects, or processes
