Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution AssociateSupply Chain Management'sProcure-to-Pay (P2P) Ariba Contract Compliance team.
Business Overview
(SCM) falls under the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) and Chief Operating Office (COO) respectively within Wells Fargo. The Supply Chain global team specializes in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, procure-to-pay capabilities, timely supply chain analytics, and delivering supply solutions with acceptable third-party riskSupply Chain Management.
(P2P) manages the company-wide P2P program to ensure the appropriate controls are established with suppliers and that the goods and services meet Wells Fargo's standards of quality, service, and availability, while minimizing transactional risk.Procure-to-Pay
is nested in the Supplier Enablement area of P2P which supports supplier enablement activities for contracting, buying, and invoicing. The contract compliance team operationalizes contracts terms that drive compliant purchasing and payment during P2P process.Ariba Contract Compliance
In this role, you will
- Be responsible for executing and expanding data quality rhythms and create cadenced reporting for the Contract Compliance team and our partners.
- Support the Data Analytics and Reporting area to improve data quality related reporting and processes for Ariba
- Create and maintain documentation such as sources and terminology for Contract Compliance processes, reporting and dashboards
- Centralized resource for reporting key contact for receiving, managing, and reconciling multiple data sources
- Analyze and present recommendations for resolving moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing of understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Navigate multiple systems and applications to perform responsibilities
- Support initiatives specific diversity, and sustainability to continually improve effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Achieve performance measures while developing expertise in policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Support projects, programs, and initiatives
- Research and respond to internal or external inquiries
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following reporting, analytics, or data modeling
- Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Excel, SQL and Tableau
- Working knowledge of Alteryx and Python

- Experience with Sourcing and or Procure to Pay process
- Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships.
