In this role, you will
- Support HR Operations in completing large and moderately complex business initiatives
- Mange employee's capacity and balance workloads to include organizing, prioritizing, and completing multiple tasks in a high-volume environment and within critical time frames
- Support policy and regulatory strategies to meet risk management and compliance guidelines
- Work independently on moderately complex issues and projects
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk controls that support the RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) guidelines
- Provide training, performance evaluations and coaching to employees
- Make sound decisions and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Interpret and develop controls, policies, and procedures for HR operation functions with moderate complexity
- Collaborate and influence all levels of employees
- Lead a team to achieve business objectives
- Mentor and guide talent development for employees
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance to employees
- Collaborate and consult with HR partners and leaders across the organization to deliver on business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years leadership experience
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years Human Resource experience
- 1+ years leading a team and managing day-to-day activities to execute on deliverables
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience
- Ability to assess current processes/procedures and create and develop new processes/procedures to improve efficiency
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Solid creative and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to proactively manage and mitigate issues
- Knowledge and understanding of operational risk management or compliance methods
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to deliver results with speed and agility
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
- Strong, clear, and concise written and oral communication skills
