About this role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Administrator to join our Executive Office Operational Control Execution Team. This team is tasked with pulling reporting, analyzing data and systems of record, utilizing procedure to spot defects, and to take action to correct illogical errors and/or defects.
In this role, you will
- Pull / review reporting to identify errors or illogical scenarios
- Perform moderately complex cross organizational administrative, transactional, and operational tasks relating to Controls
- Identify opportunities to improve processes
- Receive direction from supervisors
- Interact with colleagues of a specific line of business for the purpose of executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
- Communicate with business partners to correct errors
- Review business process to determine accurate case handling
- Save artifacts to evidence daily control execution
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Administrative Support, or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

- Ability to analyze data to make decisions and locate potential errors or illogical findings
- Ability to do in-depth case research to uncover potential problems and identify risk
- Experience with Wells Fargo Complaint Management Policy / processes
- Experience with Wells Fargo Control Policy
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and act with urgency to complete large volumes of work
- Ability to act independently to complete tasks
