Who we are looking for
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with a risk focus mindset, excellent organizational skills, with experience of writing meeting minutes at State Street (or similar firm).
Looking for a Business risk Management professional to support the Governance and Reporting Team for GD Business Risk Management.

What you will be responsible for
- Scheduling annual calendar of all Risk Meetings with Senior Management
- Collaboration with BRM and the Business to agree monthly Agendas.
- Creation of PowerPoint decks for Risk Meetings
- Production of timely Meeting Minutes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Reporting requirements.
- Tracking Action items captured at Risk Meetings
- Ensure adherence to the Corporate wide Escalation Protocol
- Monitor and report on inter-connected risk initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with other Business Risk Management, Compliance, ERM, Audit, Legal and/or business colleagues collaborate to achieve organizational goals.
- Continuously develop deep knowledge of core products, process, financial markets, technology, regulatory obligations, and operating model changes understand impact to your role and responsibilities.
- Take initiative to lead targeted projects to assess risk and control deficiencies as needed.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Overall experience of 5+ years in Financial services or risk management or both.

- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Professional writing capabilities

- Familiarity with Box, SharePoint, and Teams
