Who we are looking for
Financing & Collateral Solutions is comprised of the following product suite FICC Repo, Agency Lending, Enhanced Custody and Alternative Financing Solutions. The Performance Analytics Team is responsible for financial planning & analysis, expense management, performance tracking and executive communications & reporting. This role will support the Head of Performance Analytics and is essential to developing the narrative around the business strategy and financials. A successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex topics and analysis to the Financing and Collateral Solutions management team and our business partners. This analysis will support the management team in making informed decisions on client relationships while also influencing the business financial targets and strategic planning.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As a Strategy and Business Analyst you will
- Strategically identify and take ownership of projects that improve the business's success in achieving financial targets while maintaining risk excellence
- Leverage business knowledge to develop key metrics, reporting and optimization initiatives to strategically position the business for financial success
- Play an active role in setting the business's annual financial targets by analyzing business and industry trends as well as by collaborating with the Financing and Collateral Solutions management team and internal business partners
- Collaborate with internal members to produce reporting in a digestible format that can be used in financial performance presentations and executive management reporting
- Develop and coordinate key messaging to our internal and external stakeholders
