Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly data integrity processes crucial for supporting various quantitative models.
  • Optimize data gathering and validation processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Facilitate data capture through internal systems, enabling business owners to harness available information effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven narratives using visualization dashboards for internal asset operations.
  • Conduct research and curate data sets from internal and external sources.
  • Derive actionable insights from research and data sets to inform decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into strategic insights driving informed business strategies.
  • Provide financial analysis support across various business units.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Data Science
  • Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and Python/SQL
  • Experience analyzing large data sets with a focus on structure
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python, R, Stata, or similar data-centric programming languages
  • Experience with relational databases
  • Basic understanding of accounting processes
  • Familiarity with private equity, investment risk, and capital markets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in working with people up and down the organization hierarchy
  • Naturally adaptive to different audiences and diplomatically assertive
  • Strong sense of integrity and ethics
