Job Description
Position Highlights
- Manage end-to-end monthly expense invoices and budget forecasting/planning processes for the business line
- Receive and process vendor invoices through the accounts payable system
- Manage, maintain, and align contracts to expenses, track contract renewals
- Manage and maintain all databases related to contracts, invoices, budget plan and forecast by entering, verifying, and backing up data
- Develops and maintains spreadsheets for financial analysis
- Manage and align monthly actuals to forecast files
- Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Research and resolve discrepancies and errors related to business line and financial reporting systems
- Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to business lines
- Prepare a variety of management presentations, reports and projects based on analyses
- The candidate will be expected to maintain a working partnership with line of business leadership and Finance
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of business
- financial analysis, forecasting, planning and general accounting procedures
- Thorough knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting and planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools (Microsoft Excel, Pivot Table analysis, PowerPoint, Workday, Essbase)
Hybrid/flexible schedule
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means theres an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
