Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Transformation Readiness Consultant to support National Advice & Acquisition with an emphasis on branch relocation and renovation by planning and executing a variety of readiness activities to support the evolution of branch technology, formats and operating model with an emphasis on branches that have been relocated or renovated branches in the Pacific division. In this role, you will
- Drive accountability for execution of the relocation & renovation playbook
- Partner with District Managers to deliver readiness to the field enabling branch employees to
- Leverage new technology (e.g., the digital board, AS-ATMs etc.) to promote transaction migration and provide customers with options to transact in other channels
- Leverage new branch format for customer interactions (transitioning from transactional to advice-based format)
- Operate in a single queue model including branch operating rhythms with various job families
- Prepare branch relaunches through grand re-openings to create customer and community engagement
- Deploy outreach strategy to promote customer awareness and engagement
- Collaborate and consult with members of the regional leadership team to equip DMs and partners with the knowledge and tools to successfully operate in their future state branch
Required Qualifications, US
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
- Strong partnership and influential skills to ensure high levels of collaboration with local and cross channel leadership
- Broad understanding of how the bank branches operate
- Understanding of the behavior framework, branch P&L (PROFIT & LOSS) and the management cycle and the tie into growth
- Experience leading implementation strategies on customer mobile adoption, employee utilization of innovative tools and contact management systems, reducing branch self-service transactions
- Understanding of small business and affluent expectations
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus and a passion for the customer experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with strong detail orientation
- Experience delivering workshops
