Job DetailsDescriptionSummaryThe Branch Intern will performing a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative duties for the Financial Advisors (FA), branch support staff, and branch management. This position will also participate in special projects.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLearn various job functions within the financial services industry.Collection of information needed for performance reports and coordinating the appropriate paperwork and materials for client meetings.Perform general clerical duties related to daily branch operation.Participate in special projects for Financial Advisors and for the branch.QualificationsAbility to organize large amounts of information and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.Effectively collaborate and work as a team with a diverse group of individuals.Demonstrated interest in financial services industry.Education & ExperienceMinimum Required High school diploma or equivalent. Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.Systems & TechnologyProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Salary $16 dollars an hourActual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate's qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position.
