How youll spend your time...

  • Ensuring the appropriately controlled, efficient and accurate delivery of benefits to non-UK EMEA and APAC colleagues (currently 16 countries).
  • Leading review of current benefit provision across multiple locations particularly where there are currently multiple benefit plans or providers in place. Understanding emerging trends and legislative changes and recommending and implementing, where appropriate, plan and policy update to ensure market competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
  • Proactively collaborate with HR and local colleagues to ensure benefit provision is understood and meets employee need.
  • Coordinating plan renewal identifying areas for improvement and working with existing or new vendors to improve the overall benefits package in each location.
  • Collaborate with global team members to roll-out and communicate global services to international employees (e.g. Employee Assistance Programme and wellbeing services) and identify additional opportunities to leverage wider global resources and programs.
  • Supporting the wider Benefits and Pensions Team with business-as-usual activities and broader strategic initiatives as required.

To be successful in this role you will have...

  • Experience in non-UK benefits and pensions, with strong technical knowledge and understanding of the current legislative and regulatory landscape.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to communicate complex information in a straightforward way.
  • Demonstrated relationship skills and vendor management experience, dealing with a wide range of stakeholders and external advisers.
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise conflicting, cross-organisational demands.
  • Confidence & self-initiative to work independently.
