Summary

A dynamic and visionary Bank Treasury Product Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead the development and delivery of banking products and accompanying digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate across bank teams and functions, utilizing your expertise in commercial banking and lending, payments, and digital interfaces to create excellent banker, lender, and client experiences. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of navigating complex challenges, and passionate about shaping the future of banking and on occasion not afraid to roll up sleeves.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership in product development, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals. Communicate a compelling vision for the future of banking products and digital experiences by developing roadmaps and maintain priority of features to implement those roadmaps.
  • You lead product strategy and innovation, developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the banks overall goals with queues from the marketplace and from clients, bankers, and lenders. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for new products, features, and digital experiences.
  • You'll work seamlessly across various bank teams and functions, fostering collaboration to ensure the successful development and delivery of innovative banking solutions.
  • Prioritize a customer-centric mindset, ensuring that products and digital interfaces meet and exceed customer expectations. Utilize customer feedback and market insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Leverage your background in commercial banking and lending, payments, and digital interfaces to inform product development and enhance banking capabilities.
  • Take a calculated approach to risk, balancing innovation with prudent risk management practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to integrate emerging technologies into banking products, enhancing digital capabilities and user experiences.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage and develop products with demonstrable and measurable results.
  • Proven experience making tough, non-biased decisions backed by user research, data analytics,
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to find, analyze, and distill data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels and types of people using all communication methods,
  • Solid understanding of technical problems how to break down the work involved in solving them, and the impact of those decisions on engineering and the organization.
  • Ability to gather and listen to information in order to make constructive, unbiased decisions that consider the overarching Firm strategy, goals, policies, and procedures.
  • Proven understanding of databases and ability to read and write basic SQL.
  • Knowledge of banking systems and products.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, technology, leadership or product ownership or management. 10+ years of experience, ideally in the banking or wealth management sector, preferred.

Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with banking systems.
