Senior BSA (Capital Market Tech. Business analyst)

Who we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with previous exposure to working in a financial services industry. The right individual will need to leverage their existing skills to quickly familiarize themselves with our existing environment and technology to deliver on time sensitive projects for a leading investment manager.

Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for

As senior business analyst you will

  • Prior experience of working in Capital Markets domain with Asset Management, Investment Banking organization is preferred
  • Strong BA skills like Functional-spec, BUAT, Test-cases, User-cases, meeting with client sr. managers, presenting business solution, setting up/fine tuning business process, Tracking Projects-status etc.,
  • Complete understanding of trade life cycle
  • Experience with all phases of the SDLC
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL Sybase

  • Writing requirements gathering and functional specification documents
  • Experience with multiple testing approaches functional, regressions, integration and user testing
  • Experience in Prod support
  • Experience with Jira and tracking PLM.
  • Ability to manage/track multiple projects and working with multiple Dev. Teams.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience as IT Business analyst
