Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to be part of Auto Business Execution, Third Party Oversight. This role will be responsible for managing critical stakeholder interactions and responses to inquiries from 1st line business operations, 2nd line compliance and testing partners, 3rd line audits, and regulators. This will require soliciting responses and documentation from across Auto leadership and partners to address various testing requirements, including effective review and challenge of responses and information provided.

In this role, you will
- Work across functions within the Auto LOB and partners to respond to inquiries from review partners such as Independent Testing & Validation, Third Party Consumer Law Oversight, Front Line Issue Verification, and Audit to provide complete and accurate data related to ongoing testing efforts of third parties supporting Auto LOB RAUs.
- Make decisions in complex situations requiring solid understanding of risk management framework and the risk and control environment that influence and lead Auto Third Party Oversight to meet deliverables.
- Manage deficiency and issue remediation monitoring of third parties
- Provide status updates to key stakeholders on programs and specific reviews where warranted.
- Manage Operational Review within one or more segments of the Auto Operational Review program. Ensuring Operational Reviews are risk based and executed according to Auto Third Party Oversight Framework and Procedure
- Assist in planning and organizing work in an annual cycle and project cycle
- Supervise and oversee assigned Operational Reviews
- Develop and maintain solid business relationships within Wells Fargo Auto, Consumer Operations, and with teams across Wells Fargo
- Collaborate with various levels of management including Senior and Executive Management
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of Independent Testing, Audit, or Risk experience,
- Solid knowledge and understanding of independent testing or audit methodologies
- Knowledge and understanding of consumer lending
- Proven ability to independently implement a solution and communicate, in clear business terms, the benefits of the proposed risk management approach
- Experience leading and providing feedback to staff on audit, risk, or independent testing projects or engagements
- Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
- Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills.
