Are you a highly organized and analytical individual, who is well versed in data and metrics, and is seeking to expand their knowledge to directly drive impact into businesses? The Associate of Vendor Operations and Targeted Performance will support the USB and Operational Reporting team to deliver timely, targeted reporting and insights to drive action to impact for USB Service. This role will heavily focus on reporting and analytics across all businesses, operations, and vendors. The Associate will develop business unit expertise and cross-functional skills, and drive automation of data and reporting through new technology capabilities and tools. This role and the outputs delivered will serve as a source of truth to service leaders in each business to enable and empower them to manage their business more effectively.

The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
