POSITION

As an Associate Regional Director, you will focus on deepening relationships with existing financial advisors and develop new relationships identifying new sales opportunities. You will also provide support for field wholesaler(s) as a home office point of contact and help to resolve complex questions regarding the entire Allspring mutual fund and Separately Managed Account line-up.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Call on Financial Advisors at various broker/dealers to communicate strategies that increase product sales within the Allspring Global Investments line-up.
  • Partner with field wholesalers to develop and execute on a territory business plan to meet and exceed territory gross and net sales goals.
  • Prospects and develops relationships with financial advisors. Develops and delivers actionable written and verbal investment ideas to financial advisors. Uses knowledge of product solutions to provide financial advisors with strategic and timely ideas to identify and implement investment solutions to best meet client needs.
  • Utilize business tools to target key opportunities that align with corporate initiatives.

CANDIDATE

  • Must have a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining a flexible approach in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ plus years of sales experience or a combination of sales consulting and sales negotiation experience.
  • Need to successfully attain FINRA SIE and series 7 and 63 (or 66) within first 6 months of employment.
