Job Description

The Global Client Group leads Dimensional's efforts to acquire long-term client relationships and increase the firm's reach in the marketplace. Team members work closely with both institutions and financial advisors to offer focused, specialized support and ensure the delivery of a consistently impeccable client experience. Everyone is empowered to offer up and execute on innovative ways to produce results.

The Practice Management team is responsible for delivering practice management tools, resources, and thought leadership to our clients.An Associate on the Practice Management (PM) Team will be responsible for supporting Dimensional's practice management research and business intelligence initiatives supporting advisors. The position will be responsible for supporting the team's efforts to engage with both existing and new clients, ensure continued success of cornerstone studies and the consulting tools and resources the team provides globally.

Responsibilities

  • Support global benchmark studies and surveys through managing data requests, support of study administration and the study platform (Medallia)
  • Support the collection, administration, and interpretation of study data
  • Support project management of complex PM initiatives including coordinating with other internal teams, developing messaging and training, and analyzing data
  • Collaborate with GCG team to design and build practice management tools and resources for advisors

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or work equivalent required
  • 1-4 years' professional experience
  • Team-oriented ability to establish effective relationships, gain commitment and credibility and work effectively across internal constituencies
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • Analytical and quantitative skills combined with creative problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented while maintaining a big picture focus
  • Strong interpersonal communication, verbal, and written skills
