About this role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Human Resources Operations Representative who can support our HR shared services teams. Delivering effective and efficient HR Tier 1 queries via Webchats and Emails, advise for all matters relating to employees while ensuring service level agreements are met.

In this role, you will be involved with the following activities.

  • Perform a variety of routine HR query management tasks pertaining to company policies, benefits, payroll, training, time away or any other HR related inquiries, in a service center or HR department environment.
  • Work within internal human resources information systems (HRIS, such as ServiceNow and Workday) to assist in resolving basic issues or inquiries via Webchats and Email support.
  • Assist employees on human resources related issues using developing knowledge of company personnel policies and procedures.
  • Review employee files and furnish information to authorized persons.
  • Receive direction from supervisor regularly and escalate questions and issues to more senior roles.
  • Support human resources operations seek ways to improve processes within established procedures.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
  • Having minimum 2 years of work experience in voice support process for BPO/Call Centre or shared services environment.
  • Having experience in query management for HR Tier 1 (HR Helpdesk) for BPO/Contact Center/HR Shared Service Center is preferred.
  • Always ensure team's compliance with appropriate data protection legislation.

Qualifications

  • Any graduate /post graduate degree with minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Preferably with HR administration experience
  • Experience in Microsoft packages
