Associate Director, HR Operations
The successful incumbent is responsible to formulate effective recruitment strategies and programs to recruit high-quality insurance advisers and achieve companys distribution growth objective.

We are looking for someone with
- University degree
- -6 years experience in Compensation and Benefit.
- 5
- At least 3 years in managerial capacity at multinational organizations
- Knowledge of HR management system is an advantage.

- Excellent in English
- Experience in leading a team
Nice to Haves
- Experience in sizable organization is a definite advantage
- Able to work independently and under pressure

- Proactive and effectiveness driven approach to get things done
- Good written and spoken English, Putonghua is a plus
On the job you will
- Process monthly staffs & expat payroll and benefit-in kind
- Assist in implementing company policies and guidelines related to remuneration
- Following up and report changes of health benefit program
- Checking monthly payroll charge and reporting PIT
- Supporting users in business process in Workday system
- Participating in testing the systems when required including payroll integration system
- Reviewing and checking staff data in order to ensure the accurate information at the system
- Participating in ad-hoc projects are assigned by Head of HR
- Assist other HR professionals in organizing HR events, staff activities
- Any other tasks delegated by HR Management
