The opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Leadership Team members to understand their strategic objectives and translate those objectives into actionable HR plans.
  • Provide high quality consulting support to the business unit in identifying and implementing appropriate employee strategies and solutions to support business unit objectives.
  • Provide consultation and guidance on a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, total rewards, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs aligned with departmental and organizational needs.
  • Coach and advise managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure efficient and compliant HR processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a culture of trust and open communication and employee engagement.

Nice to have

  • University degree
  • 5-6 years experience in a generalist HR role or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of HR Principles, practices and employment law
  • Knowledge of HR management system is an advantage
  • Ability to analyst data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable
  • Business acumen and a strategic mindset
  • Strategic Thinking, effective negotiation, analytic skills, time management, teamwork
  • Proficiently written and spoken English
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application, excellent Excel skills
  • Proactive and effectiveness driven approach to get things done
