Job Description

This is a client-facing role that supports one or more senior relationship managers in addition to general operational responsibilities. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure a seamless and integrated service experience for the ultra high net worth (UHNW) clients of Ascent. Coordinates tactical action items for entire Ascent model and delivery of client engagements and onboarding. Ensures responsive, accurate and proactive customer service. Requires the ability to direct, guide, and manage workflow for each client team, including follow-up to ensure completion of outstanding client requests. Helps identify sales opportunities with existing clients. Provides sales support for one or more senior relationship managers. Creates and maintains excellent professional relationships with all key partners and team members. Helps plan client meetings and other events and coordinate the activities in the office generally. Works within an Ascent regional office team.Basic QualificationsPreferred Skills/Experience
