Responsibilities

  • Harvest business knowledge (metadata) about data assets from subject matter experts around the enterprise
  • Capture technical metadata about data sources by planning,

  • targeted metadata scans using Data Governance
  • systems
  • Collaborate with enterprise data experts, Data Governance
  • and Data Stewards to
  • refine and enhance
  • a world class catalog of data assets
  • and data products
  • through data
  • curation
  • Contribute as a member of
  • enterprise-wide
  • cross
  • -
  • functional
  • project teams
  • to implement
  • data management
  • practices
  • so
  • that data is treated like an asset
  • throughout its
  • lifecycle
  • Contribute to
  • projects that expand the Data Governance practice
