About the Role
BlackRock's Retirement Group COO Team is responsible for driving the team's business strategy and management functions to promote smarter decision-making. The COO team has a wide scope of impact, working closely with all Retirement Group functions as well as partner teams across the firm (Financial Planning & Analysis, Technology, and other Client Businesses).
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced business that is driving innovation in the industry and growth for BlackRock. The successful candidate will join the Business Intelligence function within Retirement Group COO team and be responsible for data stewardship and delivering enhanced analytics.
Responsibilities
- Assess and report on the health of business and client data
- Maintain accuracy of business and client data in collaboration with partners (e.g., Financial Planning & Analysis, Sales, Management, Tech & Ops)
- Work on the Retirement Group's sales reporting data ingestion and scaling infrastructure, with a key focus on the Intermediary-Sold business within the Retirement Group.
- Ad-hoc business analyses to support Retirement Group's strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in data wrangling
- Proficiency in technology skillsets
- Tableau (preferred), Power BI (secondary)
- Python
- SQL
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- 4-6 years of business data and analytics experience and/or financials services
- B.E/BTech or any relevant degree

Our hybrid work model
