Client Model Solutions Servicing Team Overview
The Custom Model Solutions Servicing Team is a pillar within BlackRock's Client Experience division and is responsible for delivering a dedicated servicing experience to BlackRock's model clients. The team's role within the Client Experience division is to drive the delivery of superior client experience for our clients, whilst ensuring we help build scale and evolve BlackRock's overall client servicing capabilities. The team is now looking for an additional team member based in New York to join our servicing team supporting Custom Model Solution clients.
Role Overview
In the role, you will be a dedicated client servicing specialist supporting the Client Service Officer. You will begin building a deep and trusting relationship with the client from a very early stage of the firm's overall relationship and continue this partnership into an ongoing dedicated servicing role. By working with clients you will challenge yourself to understand intricate operating models and unique servicing requirements to provide a differentiated client experience. Through proactive engagement you will have the satisfaction of delivering the best of BlackRock to your clients with the goal of exceeding their servicing expectations.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the CSO with key operational tasks around client experience
- Establish a trusting relationship with clients and build a deep understanding of their organization
- Leverage your deep client relationships to understand how BlackRock can continuously improve its client service
- Contribute to the design and documentation of a servicing standard that meets each client's needs
- Deliver a dedicated service experience that exceeds this standard through proactive engagement
- Partner with implementation team members, L&C, clients and Custom Model Solutions sales team to onboard and manage ongoing change to client mandates
- Own the core service offering in partnership with operational groups across BlackRock and our key third party providers
- Contribute to client RFP pitches and new business opportunities in your capacity of Client Service Officer, being a role model for BlackRock's vision of delivering a superior client experience
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will exhibit the following set of experiences and skills
- Possess a general working knowledge of the wealth investment landscape
- Enthusiasm for working in a high pressure and fast pace environment while maintaining quality and the integrity of client and investment data
- Comfort working with visualization tools such as Airtable, Tableau, PowerBi etc.
- Excellent communication skills to enable clear articulation while working with internal and external clients
- Highly organized and have experience with workflow tracking

For New York City only The salary range for this position is $95,000 $125,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
