Job DutiesAssociate with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Work with a full range of daily processes for a team involved in global control reconciliations, including report publishing, root cause analysis of issues and various completeness and accuracy controls. Work on efficiency efforts and business intelligence initiatives, which will require the incumbent to become fluent in process flows for both broker-dealers and banking entities. Work closely with other operations teams, as well as across the Firm's functions, including regulatory reporting, global banking and markets, legal entity and product controllers, compliance, and legal, to ensure integrity of books and records.

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related business analysis field. Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Prior experience must include at least three (3) years with the following utilizing accounting concepts for cash and security products independently identifying, resolving, and preventing issues in books and records working in a team or collaborative environment on complex issues leading a group on a project and delivering results in a tailored fashion to a wide array of internal clients utilizing pattern detection and mitigation tactics to actively reduce risk identifying root cause and collaborating with groups to implement tactical and strategic solutions. Independently analyze issues and arrive at solutions utilizing escalation to reduce risk working with regulatory reconciliation requirements and implementing controls to ensure adherence identifying risks and inefficiencies in processes and coordinate initiatives to mitigate risk working with low code business intelligence tools, including Alteryx to implement solutions for operational process improvements and risk reduction and owning and accounting for projects and day-to-day issues while working with a variety of internal stakeholders to accomplish common business goals.
