Job DutiesAssociate with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Dallas, Texas. Managing projects and product feature roadmap to ensure alignment of resource, plans, and budget to execute. Leveraging knowledge of payment processing, liquidity management and bank regulations. Analyzing complex problems, systems, data, and metrics to lead business initiatives, partnering with product experts by utilizing proficient knowledge of several technologies and environments. Accounting for several project components, including developing project plans and working directly with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to track and drive completion of initiatives. Designing business initiative roadmaps documents and coordinating with stakeholders to provide options to choose from. Ensuring the effective implementation of applications, as well as integration of new applications in existing and new systems or dashboards. Maintaining a thorough understanding of the business area, applications supported and the role of applications systems solutions to analyze and advise stakeholders accordingly as a central point of contact for business initiatives.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, relevant Engineering degree including Engineering Management, or a related field. Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years with the following managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies, owning deadlines, and writing and drafting technical documents proficiency with project management software and tools such as Confluence and JIRA developing high quality project documents in various formats (such as Word documents, presentations, or spreadsheets) and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders experience implementing software using the agile scrum methodology and providing input into senior management reporting to inform business decision making. Prior experience must include one (1) year with the following working with payment processes, liquidity management and bank regulations and design sense and experience developing eye-catching documents with production support.
