Asset & Wealth Management (AWM)

AWM invests in private equity, credit, real estate, infrastructure and other alternative investments around the world on behalf of third parties, Goldman Sachs and its employees. WithinAWM,theCredit Facility Management (CFM) team is dedicated to managing the platform's credit facilities, which are a critical component of the performance we deliver to our investors. The CFM team is responsible for maintaining compliance with concentration limits, borrowing base covenants and reporting obligations, as well as ensuring successful relationships with lenders and agents. The CFM team works closely with several adjacent groups in AWM, including the (i) fund financing and debt capital markets team (sources, negotiates and executes fund financings), (ii) private credit management team (manages the private credit investing business), (iii) fund management team (manages the funds) and (iv) investing / portfolio management teams (sources, executes and monitors underlying investments).

Analystson theCFM team will support more senior team members in maintaining a series of credit facilities across strategies and managing lender/agent relationships, as well as a variety of recurring tasks. The successful applicant will demonstrate a consistent track record of achievement, be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be able to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Specific Responsibilities May Include

  • Managing a series of credit facilities including underlying covenants, concentration limits, borrowing base and reporting compliance
  • Tracking/collating underlying asset data
  • Facilitating utilization requests and servicing events
  • Managing lender and agent relationships
  • Tracking, reporting and analyzing detailed performancemetrics
  • Creating management presentations/responding to ad hoc requests and preparing analyses forsame
  • Supporting/furthering technology initiatives related to the aboveresponsibilities
  • Additional responsibilities will be based on the needs of the business and the candidate's specificskills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or other businessdiscipline
  • Asset management / fund financing / credit facility experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and detailorientation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, oral as well aswritten
  • Strong coordination and organizationalskills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tightdeadlines
  • Ability to work independently in a small team, exhibit initiative and beproactive
  • Ability to organize and analyze large volumes ofinformation
  • Interest in working on technologyinitiatives
  • Team player, willing to help in areas not explicitly related to jobduties
