Our workplace strategy sales team is the distribution arm for the business services we deliver and are responsible for leading the charge in selling to Fortune 1000 companies as a benefit of employment. The sales team leverages connectivity across the firm for introductions to senior C-Suite contacts across corporate America with the purpose for raising awareness for the value of our services and selling our comprehensive financial planning programs to corporate companies.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with regional leadership, including the
  • Cultivate referrals and opportunities through internal Goldman Sachs Ayco resources, firmwide connectivity, and an external network of contacts
  • Required to collaborate across divisions and with multiple stakeholders
  • Analyze the region's business, identify opportunities and partner with regional team to set client acquisition strategy
  • Lead the marketing process for assigned coverage, inclusive of strategy, meeting flow, strategic positioning, delivery of presentations and proposals
  • Partner closely with RBDs on strategic regional opportunities and take lead on coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Attend strategic meetings with corporate clients and prospects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite contacts within large corporations and current book of business
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting for divisional leadership
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for more junior teammates
  • Potential travel required for this position

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3-5 years B2B/client-facing/commercial sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required. Concentration in marketing, business, or other financial planning related areas preferred
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work, multi-task and handle last minute prospect/client requests
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
  • Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment
  • Project management skills and strong independent decision making skills
  • Commitment to excellence and a high degree of integrity
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Work, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint
  • Experience in Salesforce preferred
