Ayco advisors and technical specialists help clients achieve their personal financial goals through education and guided implementation across seven key financial disciplines, including employee benefit planning.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
Responsibilities
- Understand various estate, trust, and retirement planning concepts unique to Ayco's high net-worth clients
- Partner with marketing associates to determine appropriate product selection to meet client objectives
- Serve as an internal resource to account management teams through enhanced knowledge of the industry and product offerings
- Develop and maintain customized Excel spreadsheets to illustrate financial concepts
- Interface with various associates to facilitate task and project completion
- Utilize internal systems to monitor and record product changes and provide client-facing presentations
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required Advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years' experience in related field required
- Active life and health insurance license preferred
- Series 6 or 7 registration preferred
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team oriented, client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft products Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
