About this role

Wells Fargo is seeking a manager to lead our Offer Fulfillment team across India and Philippines as part of Consumer Lending Group. This leader will lead Senior Analytics Consultants and Analytics Consultants who assists in the management and fulfillment of Incentive Not Received (INR) Process and provide leadership in setting up high performance team, significantly contribute to transforming the current process, partner with our US functional leaders in support of the business.

In this role, you will -

  • lead Incentive Not Received (INR) process including reporting, KPIs and all service level agreements with partners. You'll be leading a team of Senior Analytics Consultants and Analytics Consultants and being responsible for their performance and skill development, coaching and administrative support.
  • provide leadership and show incremental value delivery of the overall Incentive Not Received (INR) process in collaboration with Team Leaders in Manila and Bangalore offices. Also ensuring the team delivers high quality output, adhere to process and controls etc. while partnering with the US functional leaders.
  • understand the current landscape of offer process, review on going gaps, identify automation opportunities to contribute to efficiency gains and throughput improvement/s.
  • own key delivery KPIs in partnership with US leadership, monthly executive summary for reporting of team deliverables.
  • assist in the development and transforming of intake form including enhancements for the Incentive Not Received (INR) process.
  • manage Teradata and Hadoop source platforms that support legacy reporting and tool environments.
  • manage development of Tableau reporting for Cash Offers Campaigns and development of Power BI Tools for reporting for Cash Offers Campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Database Marketing, and reporting experience, with 6+ years of team/people management experience.
  • In-depth business knowledge on Consumer Banking, and end-to-end Marketing Campaign Management with Offer fulfillment is a plus.
  • Demonstrate experience with applications Teradata, SQL, Hadoop, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, and advance Excel reporting functions.
  • Experience with database structure and its connection to various platforms.
  • Experience with Customer Query Management is a plus.
  • Experience in Financial Services products/ Branch Deposit Cash Offers is a plus.
  • Quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills, persuasive written and verbal communication skills, team orientation, and ability to work with counterparts in a matrix organizational setup.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and utilize opportunities to improve the processes.
  • Clear communication skills to make complex technical matters simple when communicating with non-technical stakeholders and client executives including escalation and mitigation of issues, risks, and business impacts.
  • Experience in an operation environment with tight and frequent deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects forward in a complex environment and to lead through adversity, adjust and manage to changing priorities.
