The key responsibilities of the role include

Under general supervision (but works independently most of the time) responsible for handling and processing transactions for US Collateral Cash, Non Cash, Tri-Party, CAD, as well as market settlements across DTC, FED, and Canadian Depositories. Demonstrates a clear understanding of the Securities Finance product and the process flow.

Under direct supervision, responsibility for handling and supporting routine transactions and support functions including

- Timely settlement of Collateral and securities transfers.

- Process and review of stock and cash exceptions

- Reconciliation of internal accounts as well as external Depository activity

Works with internal teams as well as outside counterparties in an environment that encourages employee participation, engagement, and effective communication. Candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines. Candidate will work within the Securities Finance operations group and follow procedures, guidelines and best practices. Candidate will work with partners in Chicago as well as our Bangalore office. Responsible for following established guidelines and identifying and resolving problems.

Skills/ Qualifications

The successful candidate will benefit from having

- College or University degree and / or relevant Securities Operations / stock loans work experience is required

- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

- Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
